We are a full-service organization, with a number of specialties.

  • Initial consultation with the bride and groom
  • Ongoing consultation and advice (e.g. on wedding etiquette) as required
  • Preparing & managing budget
  • Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
  • Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
  • Assisting with selecting and booking an officiate
  • Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of wedding
  • Assisting with the design, printing and mailing of the invitations
  • Tracking of RSVPs
  • Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories
  • Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, musicians, etc.)
  • Reviewing of vendor contracts and managing vendors
  • Providing information to obtain marriage license
  • Ceremony planning
  • Preparing itineraries, seating list, and name plates
  • Attending and overseeing rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
  • Instructing attendants about their duties
  • Directing the processional, recessional and receiving line
  • Reception planning
  • Coordinating the collection of gifts received on wedding day
  • Attending, overseeing, and directing ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)

Additional services and fees:

  • Announcing the engagement in newspaper and/or mailing out announcements
  • Coordinating engagement party
  • Assisting with booking accommodations for out-of-town guests
  • Assisting with wedding shower planning and/or groomsmen gathering
  • Planning a Bachelorette Party/ Couples Party
  • Purchasing gifts for the bridal party
  • Planning a rehearsal dinner/party
  • Honeymoon planning
  • Mailing of thank you cards
  • Assisting with change of address paperwork
Package…minimum $600 (10% of total venue cost)
  • Consultation with bride and groom to find out wedding information and determine organization/ flow of wedding day
  • Preparing rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
  • Attending and overseeing rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
  • Confirming vendor arrangements for the wedding day
  • Attending, overseeing, and directing ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)
VENDOR MANAGEMENT…starting at $350
  • Collecting vendor contacts and expected service(s) from my clients
  • Confirming vendor arrangements 90 days AND 15-30days prior to wedding date
  • Managing payments due to vendors
  • Managing vendor arrivals on wedding day (Up to 5 hours)
A LA CARTE…minimum of $150
  • Every appointment/visit (vendors, rehearsal, wedding day) is $75 for the first hour and $40 each additional hour.  (1 hour minimum per visit.)
